Provomatic
For game server, web hosting and server providers

Sell, bill and provision – automatically.

Provomatic connects your shop, your invoices, your payment providers and your servers. Customers order, pay with Stripe, PayPal, Mollie or bank transfer, and their server is running a few seconds later – with an invoice the German tax office accepts.

  • GoBD-compliant invoices with gap-free numbers, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung
  • VAT for Germany, the EU (OSS, reverse charge) and non-EU countries
  • Pelican and Pterodactyl built in, more modules on the way
  • Buy once, host yourself, unlimited customers

Everything a hosting company needs to sell

Provomatic replaces the patchwork of shop plugin, invoicing tool, spreadsheets and manual work. These parts work together:

Shop

Product groups with images, a configurator with live price, billing cycles from 1 to 12 months, cart, discount codes and a checkout with everything consumer law requires.

Customer area

Overview of services, open invoices and orders, direct link to the panel, invoices as PDF, account details, two-factor sign-in and passkeys.

Administration

Admin area with orders, customers, invoices, payments, products and servers. Roles and permissions, audit log and “sign in as customer” for support.

Invoices

Gap-free numbers, finalised PDFs with checksum, cancellation only by credit note, e-invoices to EN 16931 and three invoice designs.

Payments

Stripe, PayPal and Mollie with verified webhooks, bank transfer with GiroCode, partial payments and refunds with automatic credit notes.

Provisioning

After payment Provomatic creates the server in Pelican or Pterodactyl, checks the result and retries failed steps automatically.

Themes

Four themes for shop and customer area – Default, Gaming, Business and Minimal – in light and dark. Your own themes with a wizard and a guide.

German and English

Shop, customer area, administration and invoices in both languages, with a switcher for customers and staff.

Security

Two-factor sign-in for staff, encrypted credentials, signed webhooks and a tamper-evident audit log.

From order to running server

A typical order – without anyone on your team stepping in.

  1. Customer picks a product

For example a Minecraft server with 8 GB RAM for three months. The configurator updates the price instantly.

  2. Checkout and invoice

The customer accepts the terms and withdrawal rules. Provomatic immediately issues a finalised invoice with the correct VAT.

  3. Payment

The customer pays by card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit or other methods of your providers – or by bank transfer. The payment status is always checked directly with the provider.

  4. Server is running

The server is created in the panel and verified. The customer finds it in the customer area, with a direct link to the panel.

Development status

Provomatic is built in phases. Shop, customer area, invoices, payments and provisioning for Pelican and Pterodactyl are done and tested on a staging system with real sandbox payments. Subscriptions and renewals, tickets and emails come next.
